The service was excellent, very informative about all of the parts that were checked and explained. The estimated costs for performing the work were a bit high but there was no pushing so I felt very comfortable regarding getting the work completed within my timeframe. Very pleased with the level of work and completion time.

The service was quick and efficient. My only complaint is they do a complimentary car wash after service but they don’t really scrub the car.

Honestly service department is kinda rough, we left our car there and were just waiting for diag. Then when they needed us to come and drive with them, it was impossible to even get anyone to answer. We kept having to talk to the sales department to find out anything. The sales department is super sweet and helped us out to getting our car back since we could never get ahold of the service writers even when we would leave voicemails to call us back. Recently bought a vehicle from Sheridan which developed a problem. Called them up, was able to drop it off on a Friday, and they had me up and running by Monday. Mike kept me fully informed of the process by text. When I came to pick it up, they even handled getting my rental back to Enterprise. Great experience. Highly recommend Sheridan for sales and service!

The service dept was very bad I took my Murano to change ttansmision oil and they did not replace two filters and only 5 q of oil out of 10 q was replaced they did half xxx job with price of $250 I defenetly would not recommend this place for service

Got a tune up plus a few other things just 2 days ago and my car hasn’t been driven much since. Service was completed in under two hours. I was initially pleasantly surprised, but my car wouldn’t start within 2 days of service. Update - after a visit from AAA turns out it was the battery. The dealer was able to replace it right away and for a decent cost. Back on the road👍🏽

The representative and staff were attentive, professional, and courteous. I wish I could have gotten my flat fixed the same day, but because of the holiday they were a little short staffed. They were able to get it back none a day earlier than predicted. Sheridan is a 10/10 for service.

I had to come back a few times for the recall due to computer issues. That wasn't their fault. I also have a malfunction, which I had to pay $995.00 I wasn't happy about that.

The team at Sheridan is always professional and attentive. My driver side visor was weak and began to hang halfway down. I didn't know how to fix it, and didn't think to ask for attention to it. The technician that serviced my oil change also realized my visor needed fixing. He fixed it. Thank you for the extra attention. Job well done as always.

Quick no nonsense service straightforward
The team was very accommodating to all of my needs with helping to get my family and I back to va safely. I called them late afternoon on Wednesday and had an early morning Thursday appointment to diagnose my car issues. They gave me the reassurance that I needed to make it back home.

Experience was just ok. Got better as I went along. Had to speak to the service manager regarding my repair. I was never contacted by service writer when my part came in. Vehicle has had an unusual amount of repair work for a new car. This is my first Nissan… not sure there will be a second. Dealer did eventually fix everything and even provided a loaner car.
