Came in to schedule an oil change but the times I wanted were not available. One of the Service Clerks (can't remember his name) asked if I had time right now as they had an open slot NOW. I had the time and I got my oil changed and tires rotated in 40 minutes. Takes a load off my mind that my car got the service needed and saves me time in the future.

I live closer to Dover, but still prefer to bring my car to Sheridan Nissan. I just think they are most professional and knowledgeable. They always take good care of me. I would give 5 stars, but every time I take my car to be serviced, I have the privilege of waiting in the waiting room with just terrible, inconsiderate, rude idiots. That has no reflection of Sheridan at all, but it still takes away from a better experience. Other than that, great place and I like that they follow up after to make sure everything is ok.

Its been 13 years since i purchased a new vehicle and i did not want the hassle of going through the motions of the process. Carmen was my saving grace and very pleasant to work with. Mike Galasso is a SAINT. The AC compressor blew in my 2013 Pathfinder as we were headed out-of-state for a week long vacation. I took a chance and dealt with a Nissan dealership that was near us in North Carolina, but was given the runaround about my warranty and was told that the warranty would only cover part of the job and I'd be responsible for almost $1000 more! I called Mike and he was completely reassuring and let me know they would handle it when I got home under my warranty. After being taken for a ride in NC and already out one diagnostic fee, I was pretty nervous about whether or not Mike would truly be able to help. I dropped it off yesterday in the morning and my car was ready just after noon, completely covered at no cost to me. I'm so grateful to Sheridan Nissan, and especially to Mike for facilitating this completely painless transaction. I will certainly continue buying my future vehicles through Sheridan and will DEFINITELY be purchasing the First Extended Warranty every time. Thank you!!!
