In terms of technology, the 2021 Nissan Kicks will feature plenty of options to elevate your daily drives as well as your epic road trips. An entirely digital information display will provide convenient details like caller ID, safety alerts, and more. Intuitively designed to operate like a tablet computer, the optional NissanConnect® 8-inch touch-screen display will make controlling your infotainment and navigation systems feel almost effortless.
Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration will also make it easy to access your favorite apps to send a message, change the song, and much more. When you do find the right tune to match the moment, the optional Bose Personal® Plus Audio System will immerse you in sound.
The available UltraNearfield™ speakers built directly into the driver’s seat headrest will provide a headphone-like experience without the headphones.
2021 Nissan Kicks Safety Review
The Nissan Kicks will also feature a robust lineup of standard driver assist features as part of the Safety Shield® 360 system. One of these features, Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, continually monitors the surroundings and will brake autonomously, if necessary, to avoid or mitigate a collision. The other standard safety features that will be on board the 2021 Nissan Kicks include:

- Rear Cross Traffic Alert
- Blind Spot Warning
- Lane Departure Warning
- High Beam Assist
Intelligent Cruise Control will also be available in the 2021 Nissan Kicks, so you’ll be free to relax on all your commutes. By helping your car maintain a pre-set following distance, this system continually adapts to the flow of traffic.
Another feature you’ll find in the Nissan Kicks is the available Intelligent Around View® Monitor. Its 360-degree view delivers a well-rounded perspective that makes it easy to maneuver on the road and in a parking lot. Thanks to split-screen close-ups that include views of the front, rear, and curbside areas, you’ll be navigating the streets like a pro.

Both inside and out, the Nissan Kicks will feature updated designs. With the Kicks Color Studio®, you’ll be able to choose from five unique color accents, plus a variety of different finishers. Some of these will include:
